Last month I got married in another country outside of US. I filed the paperwork to bring my wife over. She should be here this time next year. I know it's early but how would I file my income tax, single or married? Could she be claimed as a dependent?

You'd file as married since you are married.  A spouse is never claimed as a dependent, but you might be able to file a joint return with her.  She'll need and ITIN.
