my baby is due December 25th can i still claim that baby on 2008 taxes?

  1. If the baby is born by midnight on New Year's eve, yes.  If he or she decides to be stubborn and arrives a week or more late so it's 2009, no you can't.


  2. All the way up 'till midnight of the 31st of December.

  3. The baby must be born alive during 2008.
