  1. there are visa hours/money restrictions on your visa. you need to get a taxi license , this would be only possible for you to do through a taxi school.

you will need a normal license then the taxi say $2000 in fees, about a month is your any good. $500-$1000 depending how hard you work and when

  2. Your visa allows you to work up to 20 hours per week during the semester and unlimited hours during official semester breaks. I don't know much about getting a taxi licence, but have seen plenty of ads looking for taxi drivers and offering training.

  3. Requirements for getting licence:

~You must smell so bad your passengers have to hang their heads out the window the whole trip.

~You must NOT know your way around Sydney...and still refuse help when given directions

~You must find the longest possible route, even though the passengers asked you to go a specific way

~You will try to rip off all drunks by not giving the right change

~You will try to take advantage of drunk girls

~You must push the accelorator once every 10 seconds instead of driving like a normal human being......don't forget to come to a stop at give-way signs, pull half way out into the lane to see if there is any oncoming traffic - then stop suddenly coz Hey! There is a car coming this way, approach green lights really, really slowly in hope that they will turn red so the counter keeps on ticking....and last, but not least:

~You must look like a tool by firstly purchasing a bluetooth headset for your mobile phone, then proceed to call everyone of your 897-strong family, speaking in another language, but throw in a few english words here and there so the passenger doesn't know if you are speaking to them or using your phone.

    good luck.

  4. Firstly you need to be driving in New South Wales for at least a year i.e, you can apply for taxi license unless you hold NSW license for past one year.
