Taxi fare from Victoria to Euston? (London)?

Can someone approximate the cost of a taxi fare from London's Victoria Station to Euston Station?

It really depends on traffic, cheapest would be about £10 but if its a slow trip could be more than £25.

The Victoria Line goes from Victoria Tube to Euston, if you can get your bags on the train it will save a lot of time and money..

It is 4 stops and 7 minutes on the Victoria Line (every 3 minutes) if you can handle your luggage.

It's hard to guess taxi fare very accurately, because there are several different fares depending on what time of day it is. There is also a timer which keeps the meter running if you get stuck in traffic so the distance might be irrelevant. It's probably less than 3 miles.
