does anyone know how to get taylor swifts curls without a perm??

i have wavy/frzzy hair.. what would work for mee??

Taylor's hair is naturally curly. If you see videos of her when she was a child it was as curly as it is today. However when she does t.v. appearences and what not her hair is dried naturally and then curled with a skinny curling iron.
