Swansea City defender Neil Taylor believes that Liverpool have found the answer to all their problems in Brendan Rodgers, and likened the club structure at Liberty Stadium with that of Barcelona.
The 23-year old thinks that Rodgers, who succeeded Kop legend Dalglish as the new manager of http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Liverpool-c39809, will create a massive impact at Anfield and even the world class players in the Reds squad will improve under his tutelage.
The Irishman penned a three-year contract with the Merseyside club, after completing a two-year stint at Swansea. The 39-year old is widely considered as the face of modern day management, after developing a unique and dazzling playing style at Swansea.
While talking to reporters, Taylor said: “The style of football we play, I think everybody has enjoyed watching it this year, and I am sure Liverpool will have seen it and they should be excited to work with him.”

However, Taylor revealed that Rodgers had played a major hand in helping him become a player that he is today and he is likely to do the same with a lot of young players at Anfield.
He also conceded that he had the feeling a couple of months ago that the Irishman will take over a bigger project in the future, as he has got what it takes to manage the top flight teams.
He continued, “I think I was asked in February/March whether I was worried about him leaving and I think I said then he can be a top-four manager - it's as simple as that. He can work at that level.”
The defender went on to express his admiration for the Spanish giants Barcelona, pointing out their eye-catching fluent passing football and exemplary composure on the field, and felt that the Swans also had the same approach towards the game.
