Tc dosent works on amd pc

Question

recently i bought a system with the following configuarationCPU AMD Socket 940 AM2 dUALCORE 4000X2MD Asus Nvidia Chipset M2 NMX for AM2the problem is when i am trying to exectute the c programs the c window is disapperaring and the system is hanging, i need to restart again. could u give me the solutions for that.
