  1. Why don't you just go to a Tchibo store?

You find them in almost every town in Germany.

If they don't have the item you're looking for, they will order it for you and you can pick it up at the store using cash.

If you tell us the town you are on vacation, it will be easy to find out the next store in your surroundings.

  2. "Rechnung" means they send you an invoice which you can pay within 14 days of receipt of the wares. Can't you make a deal with some German that he orders that on his name, and you pay him the money straightforward?

I know Tchibo shops and I know that some of the Tchibo products are only available online. But did you take the delivery time into account? It may take two or three weeks; maybe too long if you are planning to leave Germany soon.

Sending money through a bank doesn't require you to have a bank account, but the extra fees will be something between 4 and 8 euros, depending on the banks involved, and I suppose nobody will send you expensive wares if you're not a registered German citizen without having a bank account. Don't feel discriminated, but that's the way it is. Somehow retailers must make sure they get their money. So let a friend order the stuff for you, and give him cash. That's the best thing to do.
