Tds exemption?

the patient suffered frm chronic renal faliure and underwent kidney transplant.

expenses are 3 lakh per year, on how much of this re imbursement do i hav to pay tax?

You are eligible for exemption upto 60000 in case the person is a senior citixzen and 40000 if not - Rule 11D (clause iv) of Section 80DDB
