  1. any small appetizer foods finger foods,  they are all easy to make and of course my favorite cupcakes!!!, different flavors of teas always go good too.

  2. First, congratulations on your upcoming birthday and graduation!

My website contains several pages about afternoon tea, including menu suggestions, recipes, and serving tips. Check it out!

  3. Well, you've got to have tea cakes!

    INGREDIENTS:

1 cup butter (no substitutes), softened

    1 1/2 cups sugar

    3 eggs

1 tablespoon vanilla extract 3 cups all-purpose flour

    1 tablespoon baking powder

    1/4 teaspoon salt

    DIRECTIONS:

    1. In a mixing bowl, cream butter and sugar. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Beat in vanilla. Combine flour, baking powder and salt; gradually add to the creamed mixture (the dough will be soft). Drop by teaspoonfuls 2 in. apart onto greased baking sheets. Bake at 375 degrees F for 7-8 minutes or until the edges are golden brown. Remove to wire racks to cool.

Another fun idea would be to have a variety of loose tea makings (lavendar, jasmine, chamomile, etc.) and reuseable tea bags so that people can mix up their own blends.

    Great idea. Have fun.
