anyone know of diffrent types of teas that will make you less Hungry??

  1. I second the person who said Green Tea. I drink a TON of green tea and I eat a lot  too and I'm still pretty thin. I don't exercise at all either. I'm am a total sloth, but you'd never know it from looking at me. I say, drink LOTS of Green Tea.


  2. Green tea really works.  It also helps boost your metabolism.  But make sure to drink a lot of it (say...at least 4 cups)

    Oolong tea might also help.

    But most teas help increase your hunger.  Stay away from ginger tea, yerba mate, peppermint tea.
