Tea experts - what teas/cookies would you pick for a gift basket for a tea lover/connoisseur?

I'm trying to put together a gift basket of teas and cookies for someone who did something very nice for me. I don't know the person, but I know they are a tea lover and really know a lot about tea.

I hardly know anything about what makes a tea good or bad, and I'm not sure what their tastes are. I also don't know what types of cookies go well with tea.

Any ideas?

Thats easy, you should buy some an English tea selection (here is a site that sells it : http://www.poppyspantry.com/tea-c-0_47.html? )  You should also add some english chocolate.  It goes great with tea and is far better than anything available in USA.
