Cameron Highlands grows tea leaves around the hill. 'BOH' tea is one of the Highlands product.

Actually quite a few countries produce tea in their production.

The main tea producer countries include (got it from the website 2005):

China 27 % (chinese tea - Eg Pu Er and Oolong Tea)

Japan 3 % (ocha commonly known as green tea, Oolong Tea)

India 24 % (they have top quality red tea like Darjeeling tea or English breakfast tea - Eg Twinning)

Sri Lanka 9 % (red tea but known for Ceylon tea)

Not forgetting some type of flowers can be used to make tea also.

Some example are crysthumum (not sure if I spell it correctly), jasmine and rose tea. They are known for their fragence and sweet tasting taste ^^.
