  1. After many years of occasional use, the unit suddeny would not respond - either to be turned on and access to the Dvd tray ( will not open) Manual has beeen no help and no one has tampered with the machine. Just two seniors live here.
    Never have liked the poorly defined buttons on remote. Any clues would be appreciated Have not ever tried anything fancy such as going on line - wouldnt know how
