  1. Duties: whatever the teacher in charge decides your duties are, basically. Anything more specific will be listed in your contract, make sure you ask if you don't understand anything listed there. You'll be expected to be punctual, stick to the school's rules etc. Teaching duties won't be taking over entire courses, but either teaching while the "official" teacher is in the room, or taking half of the class to a second room while the "official" teacher teaches the other half in the regular classroom. Individual tutoring is probably going to be on your schedule as well. :)

    A good step? A very definite yes. Teaching is a job that requires practical experience. You simply cannot become a good teacher from reading books (even though it helps). Nothing can replace actually having to stand in front of the class, planning your lessons and seeing how "your" pupils react to whatever it is that you're doing.

    College courses in Florida - sorry, can't help you out there.

  2. as i know, u must check the students' studies development, prepare paperwork, guide the teacher bout the children development, n many more!
