I'm graduating this year and I was wondering that if a nice picture frame would make a perfect gift for a teacher for a thank you.

Or what are your suggestions??

  1. The coolest gift any student has actually given me was actually a giant origami duck (not a crane) that simply read, "We're happy you're not a quack!" and in small print on the bottom "(aren't we punny)". I always have it sitting on my teacher's desk.

Any heartfelt gifts are really nice which is why a picture frame would probably be a great idea. Just, don't give apples. Ugh...I don't really like apples and I get a few of them every year...

  2. I get my teachers Starbucks Gift Cards. I know at least 90% of my teachers drink coffee in the morning. If they don't like coffee, then they can get other food there too....anyways, a picture frame is nice too.

As they say, (cliche)---"It's the thought that counts".

  3. you should know about his/her interests like if s/he likes to play tennis; perfume; nice flower vase, shirt, pocket book/novel, etc...

s/he will be glad to have that if it is based on his/her interest or hobbies.

picture frame is very common but, if s/he will like it that's okay~

  4. I love getting picture frames with pictures of my students in them. One student gave me a photo album last year with pictures of his classmates and letters from each one.

I also love Starbucks cards (I'm notorious on campus for my coffee).

  5. picture frames are always a winner.  so are gift certificates to dinner at a local chow hall.  teachers love a pack of smokes or a bottle of hooch too.
