well I'm outta highschool and I really like my teacher. I am talking to him on facebook. His birthday is in Aug and I told him that I will get him a gift. He said that I dont have too, but I told him that I want too. I asked him if he can meet me somewhere and he said anywhere I want. (Where should we meet? Should I just give him the gifts and go or what?) He also asked me what I want for my birthday...lol =)

OMG I am so nervous and excited. In school everytime I was near him I was sooo nervous. We never hung out before or anything.

  1. Be careful not to get romantically or sexually involved, even if the guy is wildly handsome.  Just keep it student - teacher.

  2. Is he married? If the answer is yes, you shouldn't get him anything or meet him anywhere.

  3. Please give him something unique. Identify some of his true passions, get them photographed and send the photos to http://www.paintyourlife.com. The guys there can make very unique and classical-looking portraits or paintings out of simple photos! It costs less than you might think. They also make wonderful photo prints on canvas in various designs. Check it out at http://www.photo-print-on-canvas.com

  4. Get him a manthong.

  5. Are you having a crush on him? Just be careful.

  6. Watch out, this is a potentially dangerous situation.  Talk this over with your friends or an adult that you have trust in...I think they will tell you to cut this teacher out of your life.

  7. Give him something that you think he would like since it seem like you know him well. You should give him like a graduation picture of your self so that he can remember you since you were in his class. I heard teachers like things like that. Also I suggest meeting him someplace next to your school with alot of people there so that you don't feel uncomfortable with him and you guys can easily find the place since it's next to the school you both used to go to daily! Hope that helps

  8. Hopefully you are meeting him because you like him as a teacher/person and nothing more.   I would meet at a public place, like the mall.   Then you can talk and walk around together.   If you feel you want to give him something keep it general.   Maybe something he could use in his classroom or a 2009 calendar/appointment book.   Don't make it personal but fun.   If it is something useful then he will smile every time he uses it.
