  1. Some people are naturally good at things even though they don't try.  If you think that you should be in that class, talk to your guidance counselor.  You could also get your parents to contact the school to get you into that class.

  2. This doesn't sound like hatred to me.  I think she is trying to push the other kid to his potential.  If his class is harder, he will have to work harder to pass.  If you are trying as hard as you can and still not doing all that well, it might be good for you to take things at a slightly slower pace.  You may have seen things on this site about having to take the most advanced courses of which you are capable, but that doesn't mean that you should take very advanced courses if you can't do very well in them.

I should point out to you that this is not an insult to you, nor does it mean that the other kid will do better in life than you will.  Plenty of really bright people fail to meet their potential and never make anything of themselves.  Plenty of people of relatively average intelligence apply themselves and do extremely well.  Don't stop doing what you are doing.  It is wonderful that you try so hard, and that may be more important, in the end, than having native intelligence.

  3. fight for your right, ultimately its you and your parents decision what you take.

  4. get good grades in test + quizes in math

    PAY ATTENTION!!!

  5. Just because you try really hard doesn't mean you've grasped the concepts.  The other kid might not try at all but understands it.  In math, and in everything else in college, it's not about how hard you try but how well you succeed.

  6. First of all, if you are getting the grades to move on to the advanced course than you need to speak to your teacher and tell her that you are ready for the more advanced course. However, maybe your teacher thinks that the other kid needs a more advanced class because he is not challenged enough. It seems like you are working very hard and that the advanced class might not be the right place if you want to work 24/7. Confront your teacher, if she does not think you are fit for the next advanced course as her why. Then, tell her why she is wrong RESPECTFULLY and then if she doesn't move you up than go and speak with the math department head, if you have one. Hope this helped
