  1. Of course you should tell the principal. No one deserves this. That jerk can get in a lot of trouble maybe even expelled.

  2. Yes.. and the police also...

  3. Its up to you, this is a criminal offense and charges can be brought toward the young gentleman who created this page. I would personally contact the teacher who this page mocks as a childmolester. The teacher go then take issues into his hands.

  4. I understand your reluctance to report this matter to the police or the principle. However, it is your duty to slip the teacher an anonymous note or something letting him know that there is a prank being pulled on him on myspace. Also give him the webpage. I would hate to see someone go through trying to clear there name, its a ugly world out there. So please take my advice and at least give the teacher some clue of what is going on before it get to far. you do not have to do it personally just copy the webpabge put it in an envelope address it to him and leave it where he and only he could get it.

  5. Talk to your parents.   Also, such an complaint to the police can be made anonymously as all they have to do is look up the page in order to find enough to start the investigation.   However, if you are saying this is a spoof site, your statement, in support of the teacher will better set the tone of the investigation as the teacher as victim as opposed to scumbag.  While I understand completely your desire not to want to touch this with a 10 foot pole, think of the teachers spouse and child.  The kid at school made a stupid choice and the teachers family should not have to pay for it.

  6. Yes, go talk to the principal or anyone in the office of the school.  You have seen the MySpace page that was created, right?  This isn't just a rumor where someone is saying this kid did it, right?  You have to be sure.  If you are sure, then get up to the office as soon as you can Monday, and report it.  Something like this is not a joke, and is a terrible prank to play on anyone!

Addition:  Ok sweetie, tell your parents and let them know you are planning to go to the school office tomorrow.  Good luck.  You will be doing the right thing.
