Yes, this has happened to my daughter, This man isn't her teacher, but knows her..........also, would he have to do state time too?

You do not say how old this pervert is, he should do life if you ask me, but it really depends on what state you live in and what exactly the charges brought against him are. I hope for your daughters sake and the rest of the female population that you are pressing charges against this slime.

What he done was unethical and it only amounts to sexual harassment, but not at all illegal.

I'm not sure that this is actually a criminal offense. It sounds more like misdemeanor harassment. Though I'm by no means a legal expert.

Is the p**n particularly bad? For example, is it kiddy p**n or is it pictures of himself. If it is then he could do time, but if it's just artsy shots or topless models then time may not be issued, or it may equal time server awaiting trial.

If the man is a teacher then you'd do best to call his principle up before you call the cops. The principle will rip him a new one, once this is done, then call the cops.

Oh, my goodness!  I'm sorry that happened!  I'm not sure what the laws are as far as that goes, but I hope he gets big time, and that the other prisoners "make a girl out of him"--if you know what I mean!
