Teacher tell me to ask more, but I have no questions?

My grades are low, so teachers tell me to ask more, but

I have nothing to ask? How can I have questions.

and why I don't have any questions?

I am assuming they want you to ask more questions in class, probably pertaining to the material.  My advice is to read what you are working on in class.  Read it thoroughly.  Go through each paragraph and write a one lined statement about what you just read.  While you are reading, if anything doesn't make sense then write it down right there.  Never be scared to ask questions.  Sometimes people ask questions not just to get answers but to get a different opinion on things.  Ask simple questions, there are no dumb questions.  If worse comes to worse, go to sparknotes and see the kinds of questionst they ask there.  Think about whatever it is that you are reading.  Also, by doing this, you will have better study habits.  Even ask the teacher for help after class, they see that you inititive and want to see you succeed.

Why are your grades low? Do you finish your assignments on time or do you receive low grades on your best efforts? I was so confident in my ability to do math in my freshman year because I thought I knew what I was doing until my grades came back. I looked over my homework and  tests to find the questions I needed to ask. Look at your assignments and find out where you went wrong.

Always, always ask a teacher what you can do to do better in their class. He or she can guide you into preparing yourself better.

Look my dear if you study your lessons I'm sure you'll find a question to ask your teacher, Ithink your teacher wants you to talk to her/his so try to ask about her/his life.

You could always ask for better ways to study and organize information. That is key to getting good grades!!

Think creatively. Ask questions about their personal life.

Do you understand the concepts they teach? If no, then ask about the things you don't understand. If yes, I don't see why you have low grades. Just amke sure you study before tests so you remember what you learned.
