Teacher won't tell me my coursework grade, any way I can get it.?

Hi,

The story goes like this. I did some geography coursework, and recieved a grade C. Considering I got an A* on the mock exam, I was dissapointed.

I rewrote the entire thing, which took me a whole half term to complete. She now refuses to tell me the mark. She particularly resents me.

I remember a letter several years ago from the school that under the data protection act, your were allowed to access your mark on the provision that it was un moderated, and it was liable to change. I understand there is a maximum fee of ten pounds, but the boost to my confidence would be much more.

Can anyone confirm this to me so I can get this done.

this is pretty bad, nearlly had the same thing myself in business A2, but he caved in eventually!

Go to your princible or head of department and tell them the situation, or just keep asking your teacher. Really not acceptable for them not to tell you
