I live in Georgia, but can't find the premium amounts. Is your state insurance good?

  1. i live in mississippi, and the cost is pretty steep for us. i'm not sure what the toal family coverage cost is, but i do know the following: my husband was $240 per month before he had his own coverage, and my daughter is $135 per month; mine is paid by the state. we each have deductibles of $500. it's fairly decent coverage and pays well for my annual visits, as well as for my daughter's well-child visits.

  2. My personal health premiums are covered by my district; however, family health insurance is currently $730 per month.  I'm fortunate... my wife's employer (private company) has a much better deal, so we get our health insurance through her workplace.

  3. The district  I work in in Alaska is 100% covered.  Family plan is 100% paid.  Of course, we are currently negotiating our contract and the district would LOVE to see us carry a portion of our insurance, so we'll see how it turns out.

  4. You can easily check your GA minimal rates in internet, for example here - http://healthplans.bebto.com

  5. colorado is crazy expensive- over 300 for the family with our son - so my hubby and son opted to get their own as the district covers me and it was cheaper gogin to a separate company- yet same type of coverage

  6. Probably best to do some homework about your confusing area. Here is a great start point.http://health-insurance.expert-tip.info/...
