okay, b4 u think im weird or anything

let me tell you the reason i need these answers:

i kinda make an innapropriate comment in class about teachers having s*x with students, so i have to do this stupid report 4 it and i really need the extra credit.

okay so in the state of arizona & california, is it illegal for a teacher to have a nonsexual relashionship with a student.

also what if the student and teachers are doing it, what are the consequences?

It isn't illegal for a teacher to have a nonsexual relationship with a student. As long if their relationship is "teacher-to-student", then it is legal. In fact, that's how all students & teachers relationships should be like.

If a student and teacher get caught having s*x or is in a romantic/sexual relationship, the teacher will go to jail and the student might have to transfer schools or something. Depends on what the counslors and staff at the school will decide what to do with the student. But, the teacher will absolutely go to jail.

student, s*x... equals jail. That is it. It is also not something to joke about. The problem is a joke can be turned into a charge, and teachers are guilty until proved Innocent.

and when you say non sexual are you still refering to a romantic type relationship? if so still illegal.

the only relationship a teacher can have with a student is a professional teacher/student relationship.

Any teacher who does that with a student should be locked up and not be ever allowed to teach anymore. It is a form of... now what is the word i am looking for? I am thinking of 'manipulation' but it is more than that. Oh- i think the word is 'exploitation.'

  The teacher is a teacher, not the kid's friend. The teacher is much older. What kind of relationship does the teacher have with the student? Is he the student's lover? Will they get married? The teacher is just taking advantage, and the student is left feeling confused. The student may feel infatuated with the teacher- think she's in love or what- but eventually the bitter truth comes out that the only thing the teacher was interested in was s*x.
