Teachers- Any ideas for a very short lesson plan to teach Makaton?

Can anyone give me ideas on what to include or how to structure a 15 minute taster session of teaching Makaton singing to a very small group of adults?

I would also appreciate links to printable resources, such as the alphabet or basic words. So far I was thinking of teaching them the alphabet, and how to spell their names but would appreciate ideas on how to make it more fun and interesting, and what else would be good to cover.

There are a few that are (shall we say) not in support, just ignore those.  You can even mark them as spam!
