Hi!

If this is a test for Special Education certification, I recommend looking for a book by XamOnline.  I am one of the editors/writers for this book and can't recommend it any higher.  One of the things that is unique about XamOnline's Special Education Teacher certification series, is that it was one of the first to include IDEA 2004's updates.  I know because I worked on the section for TeXes.
