  1. Well, it may help if you use proper grammar.  It's "How did you know that your interview went WELL" (not "good")

  2. I've done a recent round of interviews (and was hired :).  The most successful interviews I've had usually end in a tone that is more conversational than formal.  For example, the last interview I did lasted an hour and a half.  However, the interview itself (formal question followed by formal question) lasted only about an hour.  The last 30 mins felt more like the administrators and I were just relaxing and talking about education.

Humor is also always a good sign.  If you can laugh and if you can make them laugh occasionally, it shows that there's comfort between you and they'll feel like you'll mesh well with their team.

In spite of feeling like my last interview went really well, I didn't hear from the district for almost a week afterward.  It was a daily gut-wrenching roller coaster ride of confidence, despair, apathy, and hope until they finally called.  Best of luck to you during this anxious process.  You will survive and come out the other end, whatever the answer :)
