"Hmm...it looks like you have a lot of punctuation."

"Oops! It looks like you have 1 misspelling(s)."

lovely yahoo, you overuse punctuation yourself, and have a misspelled word in your own message.

  1. I think all those outfits are find for a 9th grade student.

I'm not a teacher, but I'm going to be a Senior and none of those are offensive in anyway. Plus I doubt teachers are really going to be judging you by your clothing. They'll be focusing on themselves the first day and remembering names.

  2. I am a high school teacher (and I am female even though the account says Matthew)...all the outfits look good- I like them in this order 3, 4, 2, 1....my only concern with 3 is that the skirt may be too short (in style short, but perhaps not school appropriate short).  First impressions are important but trust me, we are meeting about 100 students for the first time that day and no teacher is going to remember which person wore what outfit on the first day.  Also, I'll be honest, I do look at a person and have some preconceived notions about the person based on their looks - however, I don't hold tight to those notions - after I have learned all the students' names and have been working with them for a couple weeks I use that information...some of my sloppiest dressed (and "scariest"/punk dressed) students were my absolute favorites and some of the most beautiful, best dressed students were the ones that I wanted to kick out the door....Attitude, a pleasant and hard working one, is what you need to bring.
