Teaching How to Read?

Question

My cousins are coming from London to visit for two months. The younger one is 2 and the older one is turning 4 in november. I thought i could teach my older cousin how to read and write while they are here. He speaks farsi, english and part french. But i want him to learn to read in write in english. He knows the alphabet in english and farsi and all the colors. He can count to 100 almost. He practice writing the alphabet with a white erase book. But i want him to be able to read a little. I found 12 books that are made for teaching how to read, so i dont need anymore. But is there any way i could help him be able to read small books in two months. and how?
