what qualifications do i need what is the difference in wages or qualifications for levels for this job

i have a degree and a PGCE but not many jobs around so i am looking at assistant work

do you think this would be a good move for me

the pay is different in each area

be careful according to my friends who do this job teachers often treat the assistants poorly
