Teaching in Europe?

Question

I'm in an elementary teaching program in America ...I'll graduate in 2 years...I want to move to Europe to teach English...how should I go about getting a job? Do I even need to finish my degree to teach English in Europe? I would prefer to move to Europe right now, I don't want to wait any longer! =)

Any advice would be helpful!
