  1. Probably, but most prescription drugs are available over the counter in Mexico. You should not have any problem finding what you need. Don't shop in the generic pharmacies though. The quality is often not as good as the regular pharmcies.

    I prefer buying most of my medications in one of the Guadalajara Drugstores, or in Costco or Sams.

Other answerer is correct.  Many prescription meds can be purchased over the counter and many can be purchased in generic form much cheaper.  The only RELIABLE way to have them shipped to you would be if you use FED-EX or UPS...if they are sent by U.S. mail, you would probably never get them.  FED-EX and UPS are expensive, but the package will arrive.  If you are worried about the quality of the meds, you do not need to.  Reliable pharmacies ( not the border town ones) carry high quality meds.  If you want to pay a bit more for the major brand name you can shop at Costco or Sams.
