There are a number of simple steps to bring a team together, into an effective group...

1) Have a fun teambuilding that establishes how much each team member adds to the next.

2) Use the Teambuilding to build respect, ownership and accountability.

3) Build Diversity Skills in the areas of Communication, Personality and your teams group diversities.

4) Get an agreement amongst all team members as to how they will and won't treat each other.

5) Facilitate a private one-on-one interpersonal clearing.

6) Guide the team to manage their OWN behaviour and relationships. On a monthly and ongoing basis.

Make sure the Teambuild is Fun and that your team members Celebrate themselves, their Team and each other!
