shawn johnson is very consistent and have a very good floor, vault and beam but i would love it if nastia won as she is just so elegant and looks so good in everything she does, if she does not falter she could definatly win but she is very inconsistent and does not often make it through a competition without any mistakes. i think it would be great for the sport of gymnastics if nastia won though because she is the last classical, elegant gymnast which is should be important in gymnastics but makes it very hard with the new code.

I think Shawn will advance, because while Nastia is exceptional at beam and uneven bars, Shawn is better at floor and vault and most of the time, she scores better in the AA competition. She always seems so solid and confident, it's impressive. I'd like Nastia to make it, to see her nailing a beam routine is unbelievable.

I hope Alicia is able to accept her mistakes and do even better next time, she truly is talented, it didn't happen today, it just sucks that it was at the Olympics. Her career is not over yet and she's still a wonderful gymnast. I teared up after her floor routine, it was just too hard to watch her crumble.

I don't know what you mean by AA, but US got silver. We should have got gold.

but nastia is better...in my opinion. she makes it more artistic and beautiful shawn johnson is smaller and has a lot of power. its not as pleasant to watch shawn. i love nastia! she should be a ballet dancer when she retires from gymnastics bc her feet are amazing!!!!
