Team manager http://www.senore.com/Cricket/Nandlal-Shivlal-Yadav-c78587 admits India lacks strength in pace bowling – Cricket News Update
Shivlal Yadav, India’s team manager and former Test cricketer, has admitted the fact that the Men in Blue lack depth and quality in the pace bowling department.
Talking about India’s misery in the second One-dayer after a lacklustre show in the Test series, Yadav was not hesitant to accept that the absence of express fast bowlers in the line-up was one of the prime reasons behind India’s dismal performance against
the Englishmen.
"We don`t have express bowlers where we are getting a good start like we had got in http://www.senore.com/Cricket/Durham-c782, we got a couple of quick wickets and the pressure was on England. So, we are not getting that kind of a start neither in Twenty-20 nor in previous game. So, once
we get going, once our new bowlers strike, I am sure we will be able to put England under pressure," said Yadav.

series.
In the current Indian line-up, http://www.senore.com/Cricket/MM-Patel-c1987 are leading the pace department but both of them do not have sheer pace. Moreover, it has been observed that Indian seamers begin their International careers with good performances but subsequently
lose their pace.
The tourists are yet to taste their first International victory on the tour, as they lost the only Twenty20 International and the 2nd ODI game after a humiliating 0-4 defea in the Test series.
While expressing disappointment over http://www.senore.com/Cricket/India-c750’s embarrassing performance throughout the visit, Yadav cited fitness issues as the key reason behind the dismal show by the Men in Blue.
He believes that losing world-class players like http://www.senore.com/Cricket/V-Sehwag-c2739 dented the team’s confidence badly.
"I think this tour has been the maximum amount of injuries I have seen as a selector. When I was a selector I had never seen nine cricketers going back," shared the former off-spinner who bagged 102 wickets during his 35-match-old Test career.
