Teammates doubting me......?

So i recently started shotput with the school team and one of my teammates thinks that she is the best shotputter. Now Im a sophomore and she's a freshman, would I be wrong if I jus kicked her ***?

If you are indeed better- wouldnt it just be easier to beat her a few times to shut her up? :D

It also doesnt hurt to see if she is doing something in her technique that could make you better.&Be nice,that will confuse her.lol
