Teams that Kaka could possibly sign for
Kaka signed for Madrid from AC Milan in what was supposed to be one of the greatest moves in footballing history, the deal was worth, at the time, a record breaking sixty five million pounds. However things haven’t gone the way Kaka, or Madrid planned.
He had a poor couple of matches initially and then managed to injure himself. Kaka’s father recently inquired about the players future at the club, this added to the intial speculation that Kaka’s time at the Bernabeu was up. There are a couple of teams that have been waiting to sign the player, here is a look at some of them.
The team that has been most closely linked with a move for the player, is Chelsea. Chelsea don’t have any financial problems and would easily match Madrid’s demands for the player. Ancelotti was coach at Milan when Kaka played there, this could act in Chelsea’s advantage to signing the payer.
With Joe Cole and Ballack leaving the club, this would be the perfect time for Kaka to make his mark on the English Premier League and who better to do that with then the current Premier League champions Chelsea. Kaka would fit perfectly in the Chelsea midfield alongside Lampard and Essien and could help them retain their title this coming season.
If any team is willing to spend bucket loads of cash on a player then its, Manchester City. The Arab owners of the team don’t care how much money needs to be spent, they are willing to spend it as long it brings success.
Manchester City were amongst the earliest suitors for the player last season before he decided to join Madrid. The club is still willing to sign the player as long as he is willing to move away from Spain. With the way Manchester City are currently strengthening their squad it wouldn’t be shocking to see Kaka join their cause.
There is apparently no place like home however. That is the case with Kaka as well, the best move for the Brazilian would most definitely be a move back to the San Siro and to the club that made him the man he is today.
AC Milan are quite arguably going to be the best team for Kaka to ever play with, they were a team that was constructed around the player maker and no other team will ever be able to match that. Considering the fact that Ronaldhino has just been released by the club and is definitely on his way out, this would be the perfect time for Kaka to return and remind everyone why he was arguably the greatest player to play for the Italian side.
Kaka has never ruled out a move back to the San Siro with AC Milan and with Robinho most likely on his way there it would be like a dream come true for the player, to play with his international team mate, alongside who he has managed to display some magnificent performances on the international stage.
