Tech guy was here and did some work, now I cannot load a CD or DVD,?

Question

Trying to use PrintMaster, which has always worked until he was here. Now it tells me to insert disc, I do, but the computer does not seem to know that the disc is in. Have tried it with other discs and the same thing happens. We can play music CD's by using Media Player or other device, but we have to open the device first. We used to be able to just insert the disc, whatever it was, and it would automatically load. Any ideas? I imagine if I get the tech guy back I will have to pay him again.

Right click on CD/DVD-ROM icon to change the auto play back.

you need to turn auto play back on, i forget how to do that but u can look it up on google

call him back and have him finish the job..  the cable for the CD/DVD is not plugged in
