Technical Specs on a trolling motor?

I have been given a MotorGuide Thruster 36lb trolling motor. I am looking for the rev's per minute of the 3 forward and 2 reverse gears. I am going to adapt the motor to be used on a scale model landrover (kids ride on). I am not sure what gear ratios I am going to need. Any help would be greatfully appreciated.

No gears in trolling motors as they create noise and would scare the fish. Motor speed is electonically varied.

This type of motor does not have gears.Speed is determined by the current draw.
