Technical Support?

I'd like to know when the post a review option will be fixed. Everything I try to post my review I get an error message saying :

Sorry, there is an error with posting (val = -102).

Please try again later. Maybe I should try writing a more glowing review then perhaps it would go through.

they are aware of the problem and working on it, hoping to fix it soon, that is the only reply you get when contacting them/
