  1. Face your opponent, place your right leg behind their left leg, then torque your body to the left throwing your apponent to the floor as he/she falls over your leg.

  2. Probably the most simple for someone of fairly equal size is the Two Leg Takedown.

It really depends on the situation your in but a common way to do it is to make your opponent swing at you then when they do, drop low and into their hip. Rise up by pushing with your legs and pulling their leg away from their body. Then drive them into the ground. From there you can mount them and ground and pound or run or whatever you need to do.

  3. If you're not into wrestling, you might want to try Judo. It teaches you how to take down your opponent.

  4. show them your bits, and then go cross eyed and then fall on the floor and foam at the mouth then get up and smile...

  5. Join your school wresting team.  It takes a lot of practice to learn to get someone off balance while keeping your own.

  6. You need to learn or study anatomy, a 60kg person can easily take down a 160kg person if they know how the human body works.

google center of gravity and learn how to modify your opponents center, once you do that, with leverage, they become effectively lighter than you are.

Your opponents push you aside because you have no technique, learn =)

  7. Poke them in the eye

  8. just go on youtube and try something like "martial arts takedowns"

one of my favorite takedowns is in Eskrima (empty hand), where someone throws a punch but you catch their arm with your hand opposite to their arm, they swing with their other arm but you catch that as well and you twist both arms at the elbow, slamming your opponent to the ground...search "Jabai" it's actually called Labai, but the uploader had a typo.  it's a great move

also, look up anything about Gracie Jiu Jitsu on expervillage.com they have some good take downs.  krav has some good ones too, they're really simple and really effective

  9. Train in wrestling, judo, sambo, hapkido, or another grappling style.

  10. try rushing
