I am young but some call me lazy. I tend to take 1-3 naps a day, but now that school and work are back into my schedule I need to be active for majority of the day. Also in the morning I am really drowsy, but I know that a shower or bath can help this. Is there other things that can wake me up in the morning and get me going? Is there things that can keep me going throughout my day?Thank You
