Techno/rave party?

Question

Ok...well for my 15th birthday i wanna throw a techno/rave party.

I love techno music..but im kinda stuck on what to do and how to arrange my party.

I really want it to be good but not too expensive (my parents cant afford it)..any advice on what to do?

We already bought this disco light type things that shines different lights in all directions..and thats all we got...any help?! Party is next month...also songs would be nice!

make sure you have light up necklaces, bracelets etc. (try a dollar store) fog machine,strobe lights, load music, maybe try to get a dj but if its not in your budget than thats fine. Check out these sites for ideas

Cool i love techno music too. You made a good start with the flashing lights. You can buy glow sticks for cheap from walmart and make sure you get enough for all your friends. The guy above me is right...you should do a glow theamed party.....tell all your friends to ware glow in the dark t shirts. They are pretty cheap too. Have your mom make you guys a nice fruit punch with some snacks. Here are some Cd's you can buy or download.

umm for one of my graduation partys my friend had one of those and besides the music and everything she got a really cheap Dj and he knew everything to play. her theme was that but she also had like a glow theme so she had everyone wear gloww colors and like once we got there ther was glow paint for everyone to put on eachother and all that kidna stuff. anything will work. just look on myspace for good DJ songs.
