There are technology incubulators chennai say trek, nirma labs, reliance, philips, vit etc.,  you can also opt for seed level venture capitalists for your project like leapfrog ventures etc., I have a list but not right away even i was looking for venture capital and i made the list at that time. sorry i am not able to recollect more of them.
