It's a do. It's a very bold statement. I used to see this girl around campus wearing moon boots and I couldn't stop staring! Looked so great with skinny jeans. I think you've got to be kind of tall to pull it off though.

Of course, my stance towards fashion is that what you wear must have an element of practicality. Here in Wisconsin, moon boots are very necessary.

It all depends on your tastes. Go for it!
