Tecumseh year?

I have some tecumseh mowers and they have a sticker that says like DOM (date of manufacture) but its in a 4 digit number that Im not sure how to decode. Anyone know how to read it?

Usually the letters mean a number and it's kind of hard to decode.  But if you'll e-mail me the numbers, I can definately tell you what they mean...
