Tee shirts???

on the show "Endurance" the contestants cut and retie their tee shirts to appear worn, old, etc. can someone give me directions on how to do that?

Tie the t-shirt in a big knot or in a couple of small knots.

Place it in a large sink of water.  Add about 1 tablespooon of bleach to the water and mix it in.  Let it soak for about an hour.

Then put it in extremely hot water for about an hour.

Let it dry and take the knots out of it.
