for a win at Veltins-Arena if they need to have any chance of achieving that feat.
Pukki claimed that Schalke have shown what they are capable of in recent games. He claimed that Die Knappen are a great side when attacking and the team has immense quality. He claimed that the team possesses some great players
in attack who can surely change the game at any point.
The player expects a tough test from Leverkusen in the upcoming game as the opposition will be determined to perform after last week’s home loss to Borussia Monchengladbach.
“In recent games, we’ve shown we’re always capable of scoring and we’re strong going forward. As Leverkusen have got to win to catch us up, it should be an open game,” he was quoted as saying in an interview.
However, the striker admitted that his side still has a very good chance against Werkself as the performances at home have been brilliant this season. He claimed that the last the team was also under some pressure in the previous
home game against http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/FC-Twente-c39233 but pulled an impressive 4-1 result in the circumstances.
“Even if Leverkusen are a very good team, I don’t think we’ve got too much too fear against Bayer at the moment. The big advantage for us is we’re playing at our own ground in front of our fans. With the supporters behind us, we’ve
often shown we’re hard to beat this season,” he concluded.
The http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Royal-95-c40387 Blues are currently sitting in fourth place with 50 points from the 26 games played and are 10 points ahead of Bayer Leverkusen with eight games to go in the season. A win for Robin Dutt’s side would leave a seven point
lead but a win for Schalke would virtually seal a place in next year’s UEFA Champions League.
