Teen Magazine Question?

Question

I'm wanting to get a few magazines for going away.

I'm wanting some teen ones that are nice and easy going as I'll be bogged down with exams and school work.

I live in the UK but might be able to get some obscure ones in Borders.

I used to like Mizz but it's too young and I like Teen Vogue.

I love books and music.

So, any ideas?

Why not buy a couple of books instead? or pop to the library (even cheaper). my daughter used to spend a foryune on teen mags but since discovering books she's always got a couple on the go. There are so many good books for light reading that can be a great escape when you need to 'zone out' for a while. Good luck with the exams, try not to get stressed out.

Teen Vogue, Marie Claire, Vogue, Glamour, Seventeen, Cosmogirl. you can also get good girly reads like Pretty Things or French Kiss (by Sarra Manning)

if u're going away u might need smthing small - have u heard of bliss?

others u could try are elle girl, sugar...

if i were u i'd revise instead    (have u got GCSEs this yr?)

kerrang is good if u like rock music

Or if you have the chance to get an American mag, you can go for Girls Life,  Teen Vogue, or Seventeen! Or the Cosmo Girl! =)

Teen magazines! Can't think of one that isnt full of cheesy gossip, but get NME or smash hits for MUSIC!

you could buy other american magazines in borders like seventeen and cosmogirl US. Theyre really good! Theyre like my bibles! lol. you could also get other ones like j-14 or teen.. they are american too! but theyre full of gossip and make-up tips and clothes. Seventeen and Cosmogirl and as you said Teen Vogue are GREAT for fashion and accessory ideas! FYI.. these magazines are all 100 times better than the UK magazines at the moment.. they are just full of wanabee celebrities... it drives me crazy! lol. hope i helped!
