Teen Moving to Toronto, Canada?

Im 17 years old and i will be moving to Toronto by the end of this month and completing my senior year of high school over there. What are high schools like over there? What should i expect?

  1. If you are coming from the US, expect the schools to be considerably more difficult!


  2. well i dont live IN toronto but i live very close by and if you are someone from NY City and went to a high school there then high schools in Toronto are much friendlier... but over all  high schools in Ontario are just like any other high school. You will like Ontario :)

  3. It's not too bad. It really depends on what area in Toronto it is. If you went to school in the US, I think you should expect the same thing..there's not much difference.

  4. Most the high schools here are smaller than the huge American high schools. There's less fighting/weapons.

    People in Canada are known to be pretty polite and friendly.

    I've heard that classes are far more difficult here, especially in the science.

    Also, we don't have GPA's, we just have numerical marks (out of 100).
